Türkiye’s only women-only residence: Görgülü Grup opens Mag’inn Prime

Mag’inn Prime, Konya’s first residence to serve women only, now welcomes guests as part of Görgülü Grup. Opened only recently, the 400-person residence has already reached 60% occupancy, reflecting strong demand.

Located in Konya’s Bosna Hersek Mahallesi, the safe and comfortable residence offers its guests a high quality of life at an affordable rate, with an indoor swimming pool, gym, hammam, sauna, massage room and many other services.

Completed by Görgülü Grup, Mag’inn Prime welcomes long-stay requests from university students, academics and young professionals. Mehmet Ali Görgülü, Chairman of the Board of Görgülü Grup, shared details about Mag’inn Prime. Stressing that it is the only project of its kind in Türkiye, Görgülü said they offer female guests safety, comfort and order together. “As Görgülü Grup, we opened our Mag’inn Prime project about a year ago. In this project, we serve women only. With a residence concept offering a prestigious place to live, we appeal to many women who value quality, comfort and security, especially students, academics, lawyers, judges and prosecutors. Mag’inn Prime consists of 1+0, 1+1 and 2+1 apartments. All of our apartments are furnished and include a kitchen and everything a comfortable home should have. Within the residence, we offer women 24-hour security and many amenities, from a swimming pool and gym to a cafeteria, sauna and massage room. Mag’inn Prime has attracted strong interest with its all-inclusive, per-person concept. Whether it is a guest’s father, fiancé or husband, men are not allowed in under any circumstances. Our entire staff is female. We have only one male employee who handles technical faults, and when there is a problem he resolves it accompanied by our female staff. According to our research across Türkiye, there is no other residence with this concept. That is why I can say it is the only one in Türkiye,” he said.
